Liam Heneghan

Liam is owner of Heneghan’s Nurseries, which has been producing fresh fruit and vegetables in Galway since 1935. He is a third generation horticulturist with over 30 years experience in market trading. In 2014 he launched Tribal Foods in response to demands from customers for high quality Irish produced sauces.

Theresa Heneghan

Theresa is currently working at Tribal Foods developing a range of sauces from fruit & vegetables grown on the family farm. She has a background in childcare and has worked in both the schools and private sectors. Theresa is also trained as a fitness coach for children and in event management.

Erin McLaughlin

Owner Celtic Scents Aromatherapy, and Certified Tourism Ambassador and Historian, brings 15 years of trade and festival experience. Her passion is to contribute to a positive community spirit, bringing history and people together.

Shelly Herterich Quinn

Local Mom, community activist and volunteer. Big supporter of the Bia Lover Festival and anything that brings visitors to Athenry. Organiser of the Bake A Book competition for primary school children.
