At the Foods of Athenry we bake Gluten Free premium crackers, cookies, flapjacks, cakes, breakfast cereals, single portion bars and cookies as well as a full range of Christmas products. With 2 bakeries on site, we also do breads, cakes and granolas – baked with wheat and spelt. With no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, hydrogenated oils or GMO – we bake from scratch using original recipes with a guaranteed high taste profile – 31 taste awards over the last few years. We have continued to work on and refine our brand over the last 11 years, to the point where in 2015 – we now manufacture 20+ wheat/spelt products and 20+ certified gluten free products.
