ReGroovanation will team up with the Sligo Youth Jazz ensemble to perform some of their original compositions. ReGroovanation's high energy and musically engaging live performance has delighted crowds in Dublin's premier venues, the Irish festival circuit include electric picnic and Berlin's underground scene since the formation a year and a half ago. This combined with the a full scale brass big band is sure to enrich your Saturday afternoon.

ReGroovanation are a 5-piece, Irish Neo-Soul band that heavily draw upon elements of Hip Hop and spoken-word poetry, 19th Century post-romantic (classical) music, Folksong, and 70s Funk & Soul. 
They have arranged their music to be performed with a host of auxiliary ensembles from String Trios and Brass Quartets, to a 50-piece Symphony Orchestra; They regularly perform as a 7-piece outfit with added backing vocalists to the core rhythm section and lead singer/MC. 
Renowned for a highly energetic and engrossing live show, they regularly employ onstage (and offstage) characters, linear narratives, and musical/visual symbolism to create a mesmerising and sensational blend of live music and immersive theatre.
