2pm Saturday 22nd June @ Producers Market
Stevie Lane is Head Chef at Brownes Restaurant Tuam, which he opened with his wife Amanda in October 2016.
Brownes has received critical acclaim for its seasonal menu based around the top quality produce available locally and in 2018 was awarded a coveted Michelin ‘Bib Gourmand’ as well as featuring in the Irish Time Top 100 Hundred Restaurants in both 2018 and 2019.
Prior to opening Brownes in Tuam Stevie worked in some of Dublin’s top restaurants alongside some of the country’s best chefs including Derry Clarke at l’Ecrivain, Stephen McAllister at The Pig’s Ear and John Wyer at The Mulberry Garden
In the restaurant Stevie is using his fine dining background to present modern, elegant food in a relaxed casual atmosphere. He is working closely with local suppliers and producers from the West of Ireland to offer the best in local seasonal cuisine.
